All of our fees are based on square footage of the home. Detached structures (pool, spa, detached garage) are not extra. You will incur No additional fees for our travel. Fees are due at time of inspection but we regularly accept payment at closing. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (via secured Google Checkout), Cash, Check, or money orders. A 10% discount will be applied for active duty and retired military members. (Discounts cannot be combined)
