I will give you the most thorough inspection of your chosen home, guaranteed. At the conclusion of your Home Inspection, I'll review with you the full color, bound, easy to read inspection report and answer any and all questions that you may have.
No doubt you have looked around and compared prices and services of other inspectors. If you made it here (which most do) you have found exactly what you wanted. All of our fees are based on square footage of the home. Detached structures (pool, spa, detached garage) are not extra. You will incur No additional fees for our travel. Fees are due at time of inspection but we are regularly accept payment at closing. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (via secured Google Checkout), Cash, Check, or money orders. A 10% discount will be applied for active duty and retired military members*.
