Foundation Certifications
The engineering firm that I work with provides an array of engineering services to the manufactured home industry. They provide support with your manufactured home transactions by providing an Engineer's Foundation Certifications. They have the most streamlined order process that was designed with you in mind. There are no forms to complete and fax in, simply contact me 775.247.8799 and I'll direct you to an online form in their State of the Art Order/Management System.
Once you submit the order, we will immediately go to work on your project. The Engineer's Certification specifies that the foundation comply with the HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes (PFGMH - HUD 7584), a requirement for all FHA-insured loans.
On VA & FHA-insured loans, the foundation on all manufactured must meet a certain criteria of structural stability and an Engineering Certification is required.
We provide Engineer Foundation Certifications for:
HUD/FHA compliant permanent foundations
VA permanent foundations
Conventional loan permanent foundations
Modular homes
