Home Inspection Associates, LLC

Bob Parmenter is Home Inspection Associates, LLC primary inspector. He served for 22 years in the U. S. Navy. During his various tours he was responsible for inspecting literally thousands of multi-million dollar aircraft. Early in his career he first was a collateral duty inspector, then a Quality Assurance Representative, and ultimately a Quality Assurance Supervisor. During his last tour in the Navy he was the Ground Safety Manager at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center at NAS Fallon. His experience in the Navy, his keen sense of attention to detail, hundreds of hours of education, and more than 20 years of remodeling experience make him a perfect fit as a home inspector.

Bob graduated from Allied Business Schools Home Inspection course, and is also a graduate of the National Institute of Building Inspectors Home Inspection course. He completed over 150 hours of instruction at Western Nevada College which led to him successfully completing Inspector of Structures-Residential, Under-floor inspections, Above-floor inspections, and Supervised residential inspections courses.

He is a Nevada State Certified Inspector and is a member of the
National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
Members of NACHI are required to pass a comprehensive
examination, to have considerable experience, and to pursue
continuing professional education. Licensed Professional Home
Inspectors also are held to a strict code of ethics that prohibits
potential conflicts of interest.
