Some of the Benefits of hiring Home Inspection Associates, LLC
Nevada State Certified Inspector of Structures (IOS.0001146.RES) - I currently meet all State approved Home Inspector educational requirements and qualifications. I'm fully approved by the Nevada Real Estate Board. VERIFY MY LICENSE.

NACHI CERTIFIED #07111301 - The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the world's largest most elite home inspection association in the world. Annual Inspector testing and continued education is a prerequisite.

Past Experience
- I served for 22 years in the U. S. Navy.  During my various tours I was responsible for inspecting literally thousands of multi-million dollar aircraft.  Early in my career I first was a collateral duty inspector, then a Quality Assurance Representative, and ultimately a Quality Assurance Supervisor.  During my last tour in the Navy I was the Ground Safety Manager at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center at NAS Fallon.  So what does this have to do with home inspections? Well, like most of us we have a myriad of passions in our lives and my other passion is remodeling. For over 20 years I have been actively involved in remodeling various homes. My experience in the Navy, keen sense of attention to detail, hundreds of hours of education, and more than 20 years of remodeling experience make me a perfect fit as a home inspector.

Always on time
- It may just be a product of my military days, but I'll always arrive at the inspection site early. Don't be alarmed if my truck is at the property, you aren't late…I'm just early.

Hours of operation
- I am available Seven days a week, Dawn till Dusk.

Report in your hands before I leave
- We are uniquely suited to provide the client with a color copy of the report "on-site", as well as a CD-ROM with an electronic version of the report (.pdf) along with helpful information files that may apply to certain conditions in the home (Home maintenance, Polybutlene plumbing, product recalls, etc). We also email the report to whomever the client wishes BEFORE WE EVER LEAVE THE PROPERTY.  When the inspection is done you will get the results in many different forms.  No more printing up your own report (that was emailed to you) and maybe most importantly no more tracking down an inspector for a report to try to get something fixed before closing.

One Free Reinspection
- We are pleased to offer one free "re-inspection" of any problem areas found on the initial inspection.  We know that most people are not trained to determine a proper repair on a home so in an effort to make sure your home is in the best shape that it can be in we will come back to the property at a time convenient for you to reinspect those repaired problem areas and amend the report as applicable.  All of this at no additional charge.

Maintenance recommendations
- During your inspection, I'll include many energy saving maintenance recommendations that will help to keep your home lasting forever and your mechanical equipment in top working order.

E & O Insurance
- I carry sufficient insurance required by the state of Nevada to cover serious Errors and Omissions and Liabilities.

20% Military Discount
- I will gladly deduct 20% off of the amount of a home inspection for active duty and retired military members.
