How many inspections has your company completed?
We started our business in 2007 and have done almost 8,000 inspections since then.
Do you do water quality testing?
Yes. We take samples from the home and deliver them to Nevada Analytical in Reno within 24-hours.
Do you have a travel fee?
We service Carson City, Reno, Sparks, Fallon, Fernley, Silver Springs and Yerington without travel fees. Travel fees apply to other areas
How long will it take for me to get my report?
Our inspection reports are always available the same day of the inspection. We can provide a brief summary at the inspection if the client is present but the detailed report is available online within a few hours, but by the end of the day 100% of the time.
Do you accept payment from escrow proceeds?
Yes we do. We realize that an escrow deposit is a significant amount of money when purchasing a home and we gladly accept a delayed payment from the proceeds of the escrow account. An additional fee applies.
Do you perform well inspections?
No but we will do water quality analysis
Are photos included with the report?
Absolutely. All of our reports included detailed information about the inspection and include associated photos.
Are you state certified? Licensed and Insured?
Yes. All of our inspectors are are Nevada State Certified and carry Errors and Omissions insurance and general liability insurance.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, paypal and payment through escrow (fee applies).
How many home inspectors are in your company?
We have 3 inspectors and a transaction coordinator.
