How Home Inspection Pricing Works

Home inspection pricing is not one-size-fits-all. The cost of an inspection depends on the size of the home, it's location (should it be a long distance away) and the ancillary services selected.

At Home Inspection Associates, LLC, we price inspections based on the size of the home—so clients receive a thorough, unbiased evaluation rather than a rushed checklist.

What Factors Affect Home Inspection Pricing?

Several factors are considered when determining inspection pricing, including:

• Total square footage of the home
• Accessibility of systems and components
• Additional inspection services requested

Larger or more complex homes require additional time and evaluation, which is reflected in pricing.

Optional Services

Depending on the property and client's needs, additional inspection services may be available in addition to the home inspection. Those may be:

• Sewer scope inspections

• Mold and indoor air quality sampling
• Water quality testing for private wells and drinking water and
