One of Only 17 in Nevada
Bob Parmenter, owner of Home Inspection Associates, LLC, holds Nevada's Inspector of Structures "State Certified Master Home Inspector" certification — the highest level of licensing the state offers. It's held by just 17 of Nevada's 283 total certified home inspectors, and Bob is the only one based in Lyon County.
Reaching this level under Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 645D requires extensive classroom instruction, a state examination, and hundreds of paid inspections at both the residential and commercial level — a bar most inspectors in the state never reach. Combined with InterNACHI and IAC2 certifications and more than 9,000 inspections completed since 2007, it means clients get an inspector held to the highest standard the state recognizes.
Every Sewer Scope Includes Full Video and Sewer Line Marking — No Extra Charge
Many companies charge extra for a video record of a sewer scope inspection. We don't. Every sewer scope inspection performed by Home Inspection Associates includes a complete video recording of the line, so clients can see exactly what our camera sees — not just a written summary of findings.
We also mark the physical location of the sewer line with flags on the property, so homeowners and buyers know exactly where the line runs before digging, landscaping, or building.
Full video recording included on every sewer scope inspection — no upcharge
